Data intelligence, on demand

Describe who you need.

Write it in plain English. LeadScout researches the public web, enriches every match with the decision-maker, the contact route and the reason to call now — then drops anything that is not worth your time and refunds you for it.

Illustrative example, no real person. Real runs return named records with clickable sources.

Lead lists are cheap.
Relevance is not.

Buying a list gets you ten thousand rows of people with no reason to care. Building one by hand gets you fifty that are right — after a week of tabs and second-guessing.

The work between those is real research: knowing where the data lives, spotting the timing signals, finding the person who can actually say yes, checking they still hold the job, and throwing out what does not hold up.

LeadScout does that on a brief you write in about a minute — and shows its sources so you can tell a real match from a guess.

How it works

Four stages, every run. You see the output of each one.

01

Describe who you need

Plain English is enough. The engine writes back exactly how it read your brief — and every assumption it had to make — so you can correct it before spending anything.

02

It researches, then enriches

First pass finds real companies and people on the live web. Second pass goes back for the things that make a row callable: named decision-makers, funding history, tech stack, website condition, and dated proof for every signal.

03

Every address gets checked

Syntax, then whether the domain can actually receive mail, then a provider lookup for the ones still missing. Shared inboxes get separated from personal mailboxes.

04

Only call-ready rows survive

Anything without a confirmable identity and a real way to reach it is dropped before you see it — and you are refunded for it. Review, qualify, export.

What is actually in a row

Not a name and a maybe-email. Everything below is gathered on every run, and anything it cannot find is listed as a gap rather than guessed.

  • Legal name, domain, HQ and other locations
  • Named decision-makers, with the page proving the role
  • Direct and main phone numbers
  • General inboxes (info@, sales@) kept separate
  • Employee count, revenue band, founded, type
  • Industry and narrower niche
  • Funding history — round, amount, date, investors
  • Tech stack and website platform
  • Website condition and opportunity score
  • Google rating, review count, categories

Built in for agencies

It tells you who has a bad website — and how bad

Every company record is assessed on its actual public site: none, weak, adequate or strong. You get the builder it runs on, the specific defects it has, and a 0–100 opportunity score that lifts the ones worth calling — a busy, well-reviewed business sitting on a broken template site scores near the top.

No website at all

Only a social page or a directory listing

Weak or outdated

No HTTPS, not mobile friendly, no contact form

Platform detected

Wix, Squarespace, GoDaddy, WordPress, custom

If it could not actually look at the site, it says unknown rather than guessing. You should not open a sales call on a guess.

Built so you can trust the rows — or catch the ones you shouldn't

The engine does not grade its own work

Scores are computed from evidence that is actually present, not self-reported. Two identical records always score identically, and a confident-sounding model cannot inflate itself.

Corroboration means different publishers

Five pages of one website counts as one source, not five. No source caps a row at 39. A single publisher caps it at 79. Only genuinely cross-checked records score above that.

Guessed emails say guessed

Published addresses are tagged public, provider-confirmed ones verified, inferred patterns guessed. Addresses on domains that cannot receive mail are caught and flagged before you send.

Missing is a valid answer

A field it cannot find is left empty and listed as a gap, never filled with a plausible guess. Empty costs you nothing. Wrong data gets someone called by the wrong name.

An assistant that saves credits

Ask it to review a brief before you run it. It rates the brief and flags criteria too narrow to match. Never costs a search credit.

Your data, exportable

CSV for spreadsheets, or JSON that keeps decision-makers, funding rounds, and cited signals as real structured data. No lock-in.

What it finds — and what it won't

Every tool in this category promises everything. Here is the actual line.

  • Companies matching firmographic and niche criteria
  • Named decision-makers where roles are published
  • Funding history — rounds, amounts, dates, investors
  • Active hiring signals from real job postings
  • Website condition, platform, and specific defects
  • Tech stack from postings, blogs, and case studies
  • Business phone numbers, addresses, ratings, reviews
  • Company inboxes and contact pages

Pay for leads, not seats

2 credits for the research pass, then 1 credit for every lead actually delivered — fully researched, enriched, checked and cited. No per-seat fee, no annual contract, no sales call. Most tools in this category charge about as much just to reveal a single email address, and several times more for a phone number.
